一、Product Presentation
LY-6688S resin is mainly used as a coating resin on furniture, wood, and stone surfaces, with advantages such as high transparency, good glossiness, and good wear and weather resistance.

Step explanation:
- According to temperature and humidity, add an appropriate amount of cobalt water, styrene, and wax solution to the resin and stir evenly. Finally, add methyl ethyl ketone.
- Brush the resin on the marble surface or furniture surface, generally sweep two to three layers, each layer is 25-40 minutes apart (depending on the resin curing speed), the last layer can reduce the ratio and slow down the gel time.
The final layer of resin needs to be polished after 24 hours. First, use 400 grit sandpaper to polish, then use 600-800 grit sandpaper, then use 1000-1200 grit, and finally use 1500-2000 grit.
4. After polishing, it can be polished with a wool ball. The longer the resin curing time, the higher the surface hardness, and the higher the surface glossiness of the product.

四、Remarks
1. The amount of cobalt water and methyl ethyl ketone should be adjusted appropriately according to temperature and humidity. The lower the temperature and humidity, the greater the amount added. 2. Generally, wax is added to the final surface layer, and wax cannot be added to the bottom layer.
- The amount of styrene should be adjusted according to production needs and should not be added too much, as too much will make the resin brittle.

- It is recommended that customers conduct a small trial before using in large quantities, and confirm before putting them into use in large quantities.
2.6688S has different bonding forces for stones of different materials, and materials with high density and hardness may not be able to adhere firmly.
- Add cobalt water and stir well before adding methyl ethyl ketone. Cobalt water and methyl ethyl ketone cannot be mixed directly.
- If any abnormalities are found during the use of the product, it should be temporarily suspended and reported to the manufacturer or distributor.
- 6688S resin below 25 ℃ is 3 months, and the storage time decreases with the increase of temperature. It should be avoided from direct exposure to heat and sunlight, and the inventory should be used up within the storage period to ensure normal product quality.
