On October 22, 2024, Debang Jiarun Corporation welcomed three outstanding colleagues from Vietnam for a two-day training program. First day:
In the morning, we delved into the theoretical knowledge of unsaturated resins and epoxy resins, laying a solid foundation for the practical operation in the afternoon.
Afternoon: Colleagues personally visited the factory, adjusted and brushed glue on site, and gained a more intuitive understanding of the products.
The second day:
In the morning: At the factory site, colleagues observed the production process of fiberglass mesh fabric and gained a deeper understanding of the application and characteristics of the material.
Afternoon: In the glaze treatment workshop of the marble factory, we observed the actual application effect of stone glue together. After using our stone adhesive, marble presents a higher glossiness and finer texture, perfectly reproducing the natural beauty of luxurious stone.
Training Results
Through this training, Vietnamese colleagues not only gained a deeper understanding of Debang Jiarun, but also significantly improved their sense of corporate identity and team cohesion.
